Account Registration and Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account

Account Security

• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

• You may not share your account with others or allow others to access your account

Third-Party Integrations

Campaign Management Responsibilities

When using our automation features, you acknowledge that:

• You are solely responsible for the automation rules and thresholds you set
• You must monitor automated actions and their impact on your campaigns
• We execute your instructions but do not provide investment or advertising advice
• You should regularly review and adjust automation settings as needed

Data and Privacy

• You retain ownership of all data you upload or that we collect on your behalf
• You grant us a license to use your data solely to provide our services

Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your account if:

• Your payment fails and remains unpaid after notice
• You engage in fraudulent or harmful activity
• We discontinue the service (with reasonable notice)

Effect of Termination

• Your access to the service will be immediately suspended
• You may export your data for 30 days after termination
• We will delete your data according to our retention policy
• All automation rules will be disabled immediately

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. When we make changes:
