Stratta provides data analysis and automation tools but does not provide financial, investment, or business advice. All decisions regarding your marketing spend and campaigns are your responsibility.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
- Data loss or corruption
- Campaign performance or advertising spend losses
- Third-party platform changes or outages
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Termination
Termination by You
- You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings
- Termination takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- You remain responsible for any charges incurred before termination
Termination by Us
We may terminate or suspend your account if:
- You violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy
- Your payment fails and remains unpaid after notice

Effect of Termination

- All automation rules will be disabled immediately
